How to change your e-mail password

The easiest way to change your e-mail password is to:

1. Go to https://webusers.datagate.net.uk/control-panel/

2. Log in using your FTP username and password.

3. Click on "Mailbox Management".

4. Click "Change Password" next to the account whose password you wish to change.

5. Enter the new password and click "Save Changes".

Your password is now changed.

If for any reason you cannot carry out this procedure contact Support (support@datagate.co.uk) for instructions on alternative ways to get your password changed.
