Deleting Mailboxes

From the main control panel window:

1. Click Mailboxes on the menu on the left.

2. Click Delete next to the mailbox you wish to delete.

Please note:

1. Mailboxes are chargeable for a minimum period of 30 days.

2. You must submit a fax cancellation request for removal of mailboxes below your original order level otherwise you will continue to be charged for your original order level.

Please fax on company-headed paper to +44 (0) 8700 11 90 80. There is a 30 day cancellation period for mailboxes below your original order level only.
