How can I add additional IP Addresses? Simply by submitting your request for additional IP addresses to support@datagate.co.uk. Each dedicated server comes by standard with 6 IP addresses included and it is possible to upgrade your server with additional IP addresses in lots of 6 IP's.

Can my hardware be upgraded? Yes. Each of our dedicated server solutions has been build with upgrade ability in mind. You can always upgrade your server at any time during your contract period. More memory, additional CPU, bigger drives are just some of the options.
Do you offer Windows NT 4.0 as an operating system choice? No.

What kind of remote access do you provide to the server? You have full remote acces (root telnet, terminal server client) etc. There are no restrictions on how you connect to your server. Will I have root control (administrator access)? Yes. |
