You can access your entire mailbox (including your e-mail in all your folders, contacts, calendar, Public Folders) via any browser from anywhere on the Internet with Web Access (OWA).
Username should be in this format: EXCHANGE\user.account
Password: yourpassword
Note: Using Microsoft's Internet Explorer is recommend for an optimal experience. However, using any other browser will enable access ***Safari, at present, only provides Outlook Web Access Light***
Troubleshooting:
1) Email “disappears” from my OWA Inbox:
a. Make sure that you are viewing using a view that shows you all of your messages. If you are using the “Unread Messages” view, OWA will only display the email that has yet to be read and all other email seems to have disappeared. In fact you will see the email by using the proper view.
b. Also make sure that you are viewing all of the pages of your email. OWA will typically display 50 messages on a single page and you must therefore scroll to the additional pages to view all of your email should there be a large volume in your Inbox.
c. It's also possible that you have a computer setup with Outlook elsewhere that is set to deliver email to "personal folders" and is therefore downloading all email off of the system to a local computer's disk drive.
2) Only the “latest email” shows up in my OWA Inbox. I’m missing “older email”.
a. See the scrolling pages issue in 1b above
b. This may be an indication that you are downloading the email to a local computer through a setting in an Outlook Profile that is removing the email from the server and sending the mail to a local PST file.
3) I cannot log into OWA
a. Make sure you are using the proper login credentials - e-mail address and password.
