When we setup your account we created a 'catch-all' email address, This is a general email address that accepts all incoming email to your domain for example, sales@ recruitment@ or even xyz@ it doesn't matter it will all end up in the in-box.

Your first task (unless it's already been set up for you) is to create further email addresses so you can split up who gets what.
