Control Panel

The DataGate Exchange Control Panel gives the administrator the flexibility over day to day management of all Exchange mailboxes. Available 24.7.365 via the DataGate website, the control panel provides a powerful and convenient mailbox management solution.

The Control Panel is only available to one administrator user per company who has been granted rights to order, amend and remove information and services on behalf of the company.

Some of the Control Panel features that are available:

Mailbox setup Create and manage mailboxes for your account. Add or delete contacts, groups and edit user settings, change passwords for all users in your organization.

Monitor disk space usage Mailbox space can be tracked and incoming and outgoing mail can be restricted in the control panel. This is specially useful for controlling unexpected large attachments.

Distribution lists Allows you to send a message to a single address and have it broadcast to all recipients in the group. Rather than addressing a message to each individual user in the sales department, for example, you could address it to the sales distribution grou.

Support access The control panel provides access to the extensive DataGate Exchange knowledge base, gathered from 5 years experience of providing outsourced Exchange service in the UK.
