Adding a service plan involves the following two steps: 1. Configuring the Service Plan. 2. Saving the Service Plan under a new name or over-writing an existing one. Note: 1. Input fields will automatically be converted into lower case. 2. IP based plans are available to IP based sites only, likewise for Name Based plans. 3. Default plan is available to both.
