Support Analyst

Job Title: Support Advisor

Duration: Full-Time

Role Description

Successful applicants will work as part of a small team dealing with all customer enquiries via telephone and email, including product advisory and technical support enquiries.

Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills so that customers can be supported patiently and professionally with terminology they understand. As part of our Technical support team, you will provide accurate responses, both verbal and written, to meet customer requirements within service level agreements, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Previous experience in a customer facing environment is required along with experience in the Internet field (in particular websites and email). Excellent Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 skills would be a distinct advantage.

Salary: From £18,000 to £22,000 Depending on Experience + Benefits
